Cellar master & gourmet restaurateur Per Dahlberg got the opportunity to take over a small but intriguing premise in the bottom of a hotel in Helsingborg. We got the request to help with the design of the concept and the venue. The building dates back to 1899 and has its unique Art Nouveau architecture highlighted, because it was something we wanted to maintain. Together with the client we developed a unique gastropub that would work equally well day or night. Because the room was small and compact we made a fully functional satellite kitchen (warm and cold), dishwashing room and a bar.
