Helsingborg City & Wihlborgs – H22 Urban Charge
H22 Urban Charge is an outdoor lamp that combines style with functionality by offering easy charging and powerful illumination to brighten up city streets. With simple installation and a durable construction, it’s the perfect fixture for creating cozy atmospheres in urban areas bustling with activity.
The lampa was designed by Superlab on behalf of the city of Helsingborg and the real estate company Wihlborgs. It was produced and manufactured by Ateljé Lyktan for the H22 city expo. The lamps were placed on a playful installation called “Boxplay”, that are cubes med out of terrazzo, also designed by Superlab. This installation served as an extension of the public space from surrounding offices and still functioned as a climb-friendly meeting spot at Henckels Square.
What usually happens within office walls can now occur outdoors in a place for meetings, conversations, and creative exchanges. The light from the H22 Urban Charge lamps enables people to linger at “Boxplay” even during the evening.
