Resurs Bank – Helsingborg Office

Superlab has been official interior designers for Resurs Bank for more than 7 years. Throughout the Nordic countries we have turned their offices into functional and colorful workspaces.

However, during the pandemic they reached out to us trying to find a new model for office work that could take advantage of the positive effects of the work life balance that the employees had started to enjoy. After a solid analysis we created a strategy and a concept suited for their dynamic work situation. A way of working that supports the tasks that are most often and best performed in the office. Beside different functional workstations, quiet areas, co-working areas and a play zone, we focused on creating indulging spaces to gather people to achieve momentum where employees actually want to meet in the office. We held numerous workshops, interviews and lectures so that everyone would understand where the organization was headed. The result was highly appreciated and the working method that now will be implemented in their other offices is called “Resurs way of working”.
